1) Free shipping within Germany and the EU countries.
2) You can change the address before shipping at no additional cost, however, address changes after shipping will incur a correction fee of €4 per item.

3. Processing time:
We require 12-24 hours processing time and then your order will be shipped. During peak periods processing times may be slightly longer. (Monday-Friday).

It is our goal to ensure that your order is processed quickly and efficiently. It usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive.
Since we cannot control the transportation, the arrival time may vary depending on actual conditions. Please check the order in the backend to confirm how long it will take to be shipped.

We will ship your order within 48 hours via DHL .
We can also ship via Swiship DE for some orders.
6. Expedited Shipping:
